Earthquake Coverage While Virginia is not regularly thought of as a place that has Earthquakes, Virginia does have some seismic activity and Earthquakes are excluded from the standard ISO based Homeowners Policy. Most companies follow the lead set by ISO and exclude this coverage on their standard Homeowners Policies, however many companies allow you to buy back this coverage subject to special terms and conditions that each company will set forth.
